Reading the chart
That disagreement is a divergence — the oldest warning that a move is running out of fuel. Spotting it means holding two panels in your head at once, on four timeframes, on two coins, all day. The bot does it on every closed candle.

What it watches
BTC and ETH are analysed completely independently of each other. Four of the nine fire inside the unclosed candle — marked live below — because waiting for the close would make the alert late by hours.
Price sets a new extreme, the indicators do not follow. Regular and hidden, on RSI(6), RSI(14), the MACD histogram and CMF(20). An alert is sent only when an RSI and an indicator of another kind agree.
A move against the trend: the market had been climbing from high to high, then broke through its last significant low.
A move along the trend: the lows hold and the high is taken out.
The mirror case: the highs hold and the low is taken out.
EMA50 crosses EMA200 — the classic slow signal that the trend has changed hands.
Price went through EMA50 or EMA200. Switched off on 1h: there it produced a third of all traffic and performed worse than chance.
Price moved 1% away from the candle open in either direction.
Stoch RSI turned down after a visit above 95. RSI(14) over 70 adds a «strong» mark.
The mirror case: a turn up after a visit below 5, confirmed by RSI(14) under 30.

No. The bot only reads public market data from Bybit and sends messages. It holds no exchange API keys, has no trading functions and cannot touch an account even in principle.
